After registering I didn't received an email with my login details
If you do not receive your new login details there's a good chance that the email has been caught in your spam filter. Check your spam filter and then set the email address 'admin@mytrails.com.au' to NOT SPAM. If you're still having trouble let us know by Clicking Here.
I've forgotten my password
Click here to retrieve your password. We will send you your login details to the email address you registered with.
My prefered GPS file format is not supported
We currently support GPX and TCX formats and are interested in supporting more formats. We would be very interested to know what format you'd like supported on MyTrails - Click Here and let us know.
In the meantime you can check out this free software that seems pretty good for converting many different formats of GPS files. Download GPSBable for either mac/windows/linux - Click here. To convert your files to upload to this site your 'Output' format should be 'GPX XML' - which should produce a .gpx file.
I uploaded a TCX file and when I view the trail it shows that I can only download a GPX file
My Trails converts all TCX to GPX to reduce file sizes. It also strips out all your personal data in the head of the file to keep your files anonymous.
I marked a trail as a favourite and now it's no longer there
The owner of the trail has either deleted it or unshared it.

You can add a hyperlink to your trail description by inserting the html:
<a href='yourURL' target='_blank'>URLDescription</a>
Replace yourURL with a valid URL and URLDescription with the name of the page.

I've found that one of the best FREE GPS converters for mac/windows/linux called GPSBable. Click here to go to the download page.
I don't see the new interactive graph
The new interactive graph does not work in all browsers. It will work in Safari, Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Internet Explorer 9. This is due to Internet Explorer 8 and lower not supporting the 'canvas' element required to view this graph. If you are using Internet Explorer 6, 7, 8 you will see the old 'Google' graph.
