My preferred GPS file format is not supported
We currently support GPX, TCX, FIT and KLM formats and are interested in supporting more formats. We would be very interested to know what format you'd like supported on MyTrails - Click Here and let us know.

In the meantime you can check out this free software that seems pretty good for converting many different formats of GPS files. Download GPSBable for either mac/windows/linux - Click here. To convert your files to upload to this site your 'Output' format should be 'GPX XML' - which should produce a .gpx file.

I uploaded a TCX/FIT/KLM file and when I view the trail it shows that I can only download a GPX file
My Trails converts all files to GPX to reduce file sizes. It also strips out all your personal data in the head of the file to keep your files anonymous.

I marked a trail as a favourite and now it's no longer there
The owner of the trail has either deleted it or unshared it.

I'd like to see a new feature on your site?
We're committed to keep adding new features to My Trails. If you have any suggestions then let us know by Clicking Here.

I'd like to convert a GPS file

I don't see the new interactive graph
The new interactive graph does not work in all browsers. It will work in Safari, Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Internet Explorer 9. This is due to Internet Explorer 8 and lower not supporting the 'canvas' element required to view this graph. If you are using Internet Explorer 6, 7, 8 you will see the old 'Google' graph.
